Often when salespeople go into a church, the only thing they know to ask for is the church bulletin. Though this is a piece every church prints, it is far from the only piece they print. Sometimes the people in the church themselves forget the other pieces they print.

This chart will remind you and your church clients of all the things they need to print to take people from outside the church to mature members of their faith. It doesn’t ignore the importance of digital communication today, but emphasizes that you need all channels to be effective.

One thing that can make a HUGE difference in the quality of a printed communication is the paper that is used to print it. Unfortunately many church communicators are not aware that there is something other than 20# bond they can print on.

In the previous post, I shared with you an e-book and PDF that you can share with your churches to encourage them to use better paper, but after writing that I realized that many churches may not know how to contact a paper merchant or they may not have a good one locally. To solve that, I did some on-line research and came up with this video that features one company in particular that has an excellent selection of papers.

Please check this out and get some specialty papers for your church clients. Especially as the holiday season approaches, this gives you a great way to demonstrate the different card stocks your machines can handle and what a difference it can make.
