A registration card like this works like a Connection Card in a church service–it is an essential tool for visitors to let you know they are there and it gives the church a way to follow up with them, interact, and invite them to other events.
Below is the sample of a Registration Card for a fall event, but you can make them up for any time of year. The door prize could be anything that goes along with your event or the season:
- BBQ tools and sauces for summer outreach
- Chocolates for a Valentines Day event
- Christmas baking goodies for the Christmas season
- Whatever is a fun, regional food or goodie for your area
Churches that use a card like this have reported to me that they finally felt like all their hard work was worth something because they had an opportunity to stay in touch with people and invite them back to church instead of hosting a one-time event with no follow-up and little response.
