Easter PREVIEW Samples–churches are already buying from pre-printed companies

January 24, 2017 by selltochurches Leave a Comment

Believe it or not, groups like Outreach Marketing (www.outreach.com) are already aggressively promoting their pre-printed material for Easter and churches are buying it.

When they purchase those materials, they will spend lots of money and you lose an important reason to sell ComColor machines to them. But you can get a head start on this by showing them how they can print not only great invitations, but children’s materials, connection cards and Easter follow-up materials in their church office at a much lower cost, quickly, and in environmentally friendly ways–ta dah! all with a Riso Com Color Printer.

To show them how to do that, below are samples of Easter publications you can print and take to them. These are also the samples that are in the Easter Lunch & Learn video that shows how they fit into an overall program that will help churches get people back to church after the Easter service.

Here is the link to download the entire file and below it are images of some of the publications in it:  Preview Files for Easter 2017

I will be doing extended article on all the types of communications below on the www.effectivechurchcom.com site in the coming weeks, but this will give you a good start on sharing Easter communications that are a perfect fit for printing on the RISO ComColor machines.

For your church clients, it’s time to be getting out Fall Festival (of many kinds) invitations to your communities and we have a whole new set for you! Many churches today do a “Fall Festival” instead of an alternative Halloween celebration. But no matter what your churches do, this is a great set of samples that you can use for both Digital Duplicators and ComColor Machines.

Church Fall Festival Invitation
I created a variety of styles of Fall Festival Cards for you, check them out!

The cards, which are half of an 8 1/2 by 11 page are simple enough on one side that churches can use them without

modification and add your details on the back side. They can be used as both invitations you give out and as postcards you mail out.

Following is a gallery of the samples for you:

SAMPLE: Invitation Cards for Individual Ministries

May 24, 2016 by Yvon Prehn Leave a Comment

These samples may be small, but they can have a HUGE impact on the growth and outreach of a church. In addition to creating invitation cards for the church overall, the cost-effectiveness of RISO printing equipment allows a church to print invitation cards for other ministries in the church. Here are samples for a Bible Class and Latte with the Pastor–a time to answer any question people might have about the Christian faith.

To help you demonstrate this for your church clients:

  1. Below are samples of 2 designs for Invitation Cards. Click on the images to download the PDFs to print the samples.
  2. Below these images is a link to the MS Publisher file for the original images, if you’d like to modify them for your use or for a church client. There are two separate files, one for each card.
  3. Below the MS PUBLISHER link is a downloadable PDF TIPS & TALK Track for these samples.
